In 2015 Bob Fesmire and his wife Jennifer, founded Paraclete with the singular focus of supporting those who sacrifice so much to protect our communities.<\/p>\n

Bob began this volunteer ministry over 35 years ago with 36 years in Professional Pastoral Leadership. In 2015 he made this a full time gift to the Phoenix Police department primarily, and many other agencies in Arizona, earning him a reputation for always being present in precincts, PD events, and on scene. He is the one that brings peace into the chaos, working and training alongside the officers in all three shifts, available and present in both the good and bad times.<\/p>\n

In the summer of 2026, Bob and Jennifer relocated to Tennessee and to continue serving Law Enforcement and their families in the Volunteer State.<\/p>\n

Paraclete was founded by Bob Fesmire<\/strong>, who serves as Executive Director. Bob brings over 35 years of professional pastoral leadership and more than 30 years of volunteer service, the last 11 as a full time Chaplain to Phoenix Police Department. While Bob began as a Chaplain over 30 years ago, he started Paraclete as a full-time calling in 2015.
